Financing Your Care

We are proud to deliver the highest-quality care at reasonable costs to our patients, and we offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs.

Insurance coverage varies by plan and procedure, and we can help you determine coverage prior to treatment. If you don’t see your preferred insurance or financing method on our list, please call our office to find out what other options may be available to you.

Dental insurance providers

We are in-network with the following dental plans:

  • Delta Dental Premier

Medical Insurance providers

We are in-network with the following medical plans:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

If you have medical or dental insurance with other providers, as a courtesy we will help file your insurance paperwork. Please call our Easley office at (864) 855-0383 or our Seneca office at (864) 888-8201 if you have questions about your insurance or coverage for specific procedures.

Care Credit

We accept the CareCredit health and wellness credit card, which you can use to pay for out-of-pocket costs related to oral surgery procedures and treatments. To learn more and see if you qualify, visit www.carecredit.com. You can also apply in our office.

Financial Policy

Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  You are responsible for the fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. Most insurance companies should respond to filed claims within four to six weeks.

We will send you a monthly statement, and we appreciate your prompt remittance. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company during that time period. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility.

We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to any procedures or treatments. We offer a six-month payment plan without interest or finance charges for any balance of $100 or more that is remaining after your deposit and all insurance payments are received, as long as payments are made monthly.
