Meet Craig Holliday, DMD
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon in Upstate South Carolina
Dr. Craig Holliday is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a deep-rooted passion for combining technical precision with compassionate care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Certificate at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, following an internship at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his undergraduate training nearby at Clemson University.
Dr. Holliday’s interest in oral surgery began in high school, where he shadowed oral surgeons Dr. Joudeh and Dr. Bowie and witnessed the precision, complexity, and impact of their work. Their mentorship—and a corrective procedure he personally underwent—sparked a lasting appreciation for the specialty’s ability to restore health, function, and confidence.
For Dr. Holliday, oral and maxillofacial surgery is the ideal intersection of science, artistry, and service. He finds fulfillment in addressing complex clinical challenges, whether he’s placing dental implants, correcting facial asymmetry, or relieving pain. He is committed to restoring quality of life for his patients and helping them feel at ease and cared for throughout their treatment.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Holliday enjoys life with his wife, Megan, their daughter, Clover, and their dog, Paisley. He is active in his church, where he plays the organ, and loves spending time outdoors, taking on home projects, and traveling with his family.
